Krista Kilian

Besides being an author, in her work life, Krista Kilian is an Outdoor Educator, Nature and Forest Therapy guide, entrepreneur, founder of a nonprofit organization for the homeless (Randy’s Starfish Project).

In her personal life, she is the mother to Sasha, 12, friend, daughter, sister, yogi, lifelong learner and a raging optimist who embraces imperfection in each of these roles daily.

On a path to the empowerment of self/others, seeking authenticity and finding peace and laughter along the way, she creates with intention the possibility of growing her circle of friends through connection.
