Linda is an author, Certified Metabolic Balance Coach, with a Culinary Arts Degree from George Brown College. She is a weight management specialist working with men and women to transform their lives. With over 28 years of practical experience, Linda is always on the leading edge of exciting and proactive approaches to personal health. She obtained her certificate in Raj Yoga Meditation from the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organization Centre in Toronto. Her objective is to help others stay motivated to reach their weight management goals. She empowers, inspires, and motivates individuals to take control of their health. Linda’s spiritual journey began when she was faced with many mental hardships. Her ability to manage stress through cooking and eating nutritious meals, meditation and exercise have led her to help people around the world. Linda enjoys volunteering her time to give back to the community. She is on the committee for mental health with the Kids Help Phone. She volunteers her time with the Second Harvest Organization helping provide food to those in need. She is on the volunteer committee with Randi Goodman helping organize the Empowering Women to Succeed, and Business Wealth Summit Events. She has a strong passion for helping others and will retire one day as a Philanthropist.
She is a very proud mom of three young adult children that are following her footsteps to achieve a long, healthy, happy life.
